Fred Willard insists he wasn't worst-in-show at an adult movie theater last night. After saying he was doing "fine" and "keeping busy," the comedic actor told a TMZ cameraman today that his arrest on suspicion of lewd conduct at the Tiki Theatre in Hollywood was "a big misunderstanding." "It's all being straightened out," Willard said. "I have great respect for [the police], there's just a difference of opinion" as to what happened. The incident would hardly qualify as comic actor Fred Willard's best in show. The septuagenarian satirist found himself in a serious position in a Hollywood adult movie theater Wednesday night, when he was arrested and charged by the Los Angeles Police Department for allegedly committing a lewd act, Officer Bruce Borihanh confirms. Lapd confirms that the incident happened at about 8:50 p.m. as vice officers were conducting a routine investigation, and that Willard was cited and released, meaning he will have to appear in court to answer to a misdemeanor charge. The actor's rep had no comment, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Kerry Washington has discussed her role in Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained. The actress, who stars alongside Jamie foxx, Leonardo Di Caprio, Samuel L Jackson and Christoph Waltz in the upcoming Western, has described her character Broomhilda's strength. "It's a different kind of strength," Washington told Collider. "It's more of an emotional, spiritual, psychological strength. "For me, one of the things that I really loved about this character is that she exists in a time when, historically, black women were, out of necessity, independently strong."

He claims that Dean Torkington, who used to be an Elton John tribute act before he "put on a bit of weight", has exploited the domain name MeatLoaf.org for financial gain, and is demanding damages of $100,000.

The pair - who have both taken time out of their respective careers to concentrate on motherhood in recent years - will record a duet for Pink's new album The Truth About Love. 10. 'Duets' Finale: Did Jason Farol, John Glosson Or J Rome Win?

 If there was a prize for professional partners on "Duets" (Thu., 8 p.m. Et on ABC), then that would surely go to Jennifer Nettles. The Sugarland vocalist scored two of the three finalists in the show's inaugural season finale. The third slot went to Kelly Clarkson, and third is where Jason Farol would stay.
Nettles outlasted the competition as both of her amateur partners wound up as the top two contenders for the crown. It created a bittersweet moment for both John Glosson and J Rome as while they both wanted to win, they also were happy to see Team Nettles representing so strong in the finale.
In the final moments, host Quddus announced that J Rome had won the season, and the Hollywood Records contract that went along with it.



11. EastEnders Lola star on live birth: I'd rather have baby in real life

EastEnders actress Danielle Harold has claimed that she would sooner have a baby in real life than perform her live birth. Harold's character Lola Pearce - Billy Mitchell's granddaughter - will give birth next Monday (July 23) in scenes to be aired live on BBC One. She confessed to What's on TV regarding the challenge: "I'm terrified! I'd rather have a baby in real life than do this live!" However, the star added: "But it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and it is nice of them.

Director Harald Zwart has announced a host of new castings for the young adult fantasy series adaptation, reports Deadline. Headey will play Jocelyn Fray, with the newly Emmy-nominated Harris appearing as Hodge Starkweather. Godfrey Gao will feature as Magnus Bane with Robert Sheehan, Jemima West, Kevin Durand and Robert Maillet also joining the production.

However, he has stated that he requires to be just a few hours away from his wife in case she gives birth.

His costar Josh Hutcherson is also gearing up for the sequel, as is leading lady Jennifer Lawrence.

20. 'Jumanji': Sony Pictures plans reboot

Sony Pictures has a Jumanji reboot in the works. Studio president Doug Belgrad has revealed the plans to return to the family adventure property. "We're going to try and reimagine Jumanji and update it for the present," he told The Hollywood Reporter. Belgrad also said that Sony has plans for 21 Jump Street and further Men in Black sequels, and revealed that Marc Webb may not.
